Prepositions
A preposition is usually a short word that shows the relationship between two other two nearby words. For example (prepositions in bold):
Galina is from Ukraine.
The preposition from tells us the relationship between Galine and Ukraine.
This magazine is for you.
In this example, the preposition for tells us the relationship between magazine and you.
